RC Fitness Official is a fitness channel I recently discovered. They have numerous free workout videos, from hour-long classes to quick targeted workouts.

Today I chose a low impact full body workouts without equipment and I had a lot of fun following this class.

The video starts with a warm-up and helps you sculpt your abs, arms, back, butt, chest, core.
