GymRa is one of my favorite fitness channels, with numerous free workout programs, filmed in splendid outdoor environments.

Today I chose one of their standing abs workouts, with cardio bursts. You don’t need any equipment for this, you will use your body weight.

The video starts with a little warm-up and helps you sculpt your abs and engages your entire body.
